Frequently asked questions
Does checking my own score lower it?
No. Checking your own report is a soft enquiry. Only a lender's enquiry when you apply for credit is a hard enquiry.
Why do you need my PAN?
The credit bureau finds your report with your PAN, name, date of birth and mobile number. We store the PAN encrypted and use it only for this request.
How often is a credit report updated?
Since January 2025, lenders must report to bureaus every 15 days, so new repayments show up within a few weeks.
Is the business health score a credit score?
No. It is our summary of public GST data. Lenders use their own models, but they look at the same things: registration, filing regularity, age and size.
