How much input tax credit are your vendors putting at risk?

Upload a supplier list or purchase register. We check every GSTIN with GSTN and show who is cancelled, who has stopped filing GSTR-3B, and the ITC in rupees you could have to reverse.

Drop your supplier list here

CSV or Excel (.xlsx), from Tally, Busy, Zoho or your GSTR-2B download. Up to 5,000 rows.

Or paste GSTINs

One per line. Add the ITC amount after the GSTIN if you have it.

Sample file

Run it every month

Before you file GSTR-3B, so you hold payment to vendors who have not filed, instead of reversing credit later.

One upload per client

Most CAs check 20 to 200 businesses. Download the results and send each client their list.

Based on the rules

Section 16(2)(c), Section 16(2)(aa) and Rule 37A: credit needs the supplier to have filed and paid.

Frequently asked questions

When is ITC at risk because of a vendor?

When the vendor's registration is cancelled (invoices after the cancellation date are not valid), or the vendor has not filed GSTR-3B and paid the tax. Section 16(2)(c) makes your credit depend on the supplier paying, and Rule 37A requires you to reverse it if the supplier still has not filed by 30 September after the year.

What file formats work?

CSV and Excel .xlsx. Tally's purchase register or GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation export works directly; we find the GSTIN and tax columns even when there are title rows above the header.

Is my file uploaded?

The file is read in your browser. Only the GSTIN, supplier name and tax amount of each row are sent to check the vendors.

How many vendors can I check?

Up to 200 unique GSTINs per upload. Invoices for the same vendor are added together.
